- Help facilitate and provide HR support to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Recruitment activities including creating job advertisements, posting, pre-screening, coordinating with managers for interviews, and onboarding
- Execute and implement Temporary Foreign Worker program
o getting familiar with Service Canada and the program, keeping up to date with the rules and regulations, and compiling information and submitting applications to Service Canada
o Internal management; working with managers on employment needs, working with employees to ensure work permits are up to date
- Responsible for maintain accurate and up to date employee information through both computerized and manual systems
- Help organize and assist with engagement and retention efforts
- General administrative support when needed
-3-5 years of Human Resources, People Management, or Office Management experience
- Post secondary schooling in Human resources or a related field
- Proficient in office suites
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of legislation regarding employment standards, labour relations, health and safety, and human rights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
- ability to build relationships with executive management using solid interpersonal skills
Salary $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
